I usually run 5 miles four times a week. If I enter a half-marathon training program, I positioned myself to completing the program within 6 weeks. I&#039;m sure the contestants&#039; trainers wouldn&#039;t have subjected them to a half-marathon if the contestants weren&#039;t prepared.</description>
